Package needed pluriball or protection

The product was perfect, but the package was not. It was very little, a perfect fit for the book. There was some scotch, I cut that with scissors with very little pressure (just to open it) and I found out th book was very adherent to the cardboard box, with no protection at all, esulting me in scratching the book. Nothing too bad, but still a little bit disappointing

Absolutely stunning design

I love the X-Files meets post WW1 vibe that is Candela Obscura. The core rulebook has fantastic art and detailed lore, with enough information on character types and assignments to run immediately or to inspire your own story. This is the first type of game system that makes me comfortable enough to GM, and I'm excited to get started.

Great for an emerging GM

I am so excited about this book. I've still got so much to read but it is really reassuring as someone who is starting to step into GMing games for my friends. I've been really intimidated to start, but this book has so much wonderful content, instruction, and art that it gives me plenty of ideas and help. Plus it is just a beatifully made book.
