Excellent quality and of course gorgeous artwork! My new favorite deck <3
I love this deck! However, it was brought to my attention the Four of Cups is mislabeled the Four of Coins (though the image is the same).
This is apprently throughout the entire run of this item. While I would love this to be corrected somehow, I get the impression there is currently no attempt to fix it beyond offering a return and a refund (which I don’t want to do as I still love the deck overall).
I’m enamored with the colorful art of the major arcana on this deck and the meanings as laid out in the booklet, featuring characters I know and love and their symbolism. I feel the characters chosen for each major arcana are perfect. One of the things I was impressed by was the pink and blue shine on the side of the deck. However, after a few uses (I have been very careful and precious with the cards) I noticed the sides of the cards wearing to white; Seems like a card could be pulled apart this way into two halves. A little bummed at this - I’ve been sure to handle with care. Would love this on cards that are just a bit sturdier. Still will purchase any tarot cards CR makes, because the content makes me very happy. But this may be one to be very gentle with, perhaps frame or put in sleeves, or know that your love for using them will show via some wear and tear.
So I recently got this deck and I just really started to look at the cards to start using them at events. Personally I am not a fan of just using Pips on the number cards of the minor arcana, but I can look past that. I just realized that there is a misprint on one of the cards and it is even in the photos for this product on this page, The Four Of Cups card has the name on the card as The Four Of Coins.
