Collar is as hard as on the pictures, the sleeved slightly rolled up do add a nice effect. The manufactory smell should be gone with a trip to the laundry

My new fav button down!

Loving this shirt to wear to the office. I followed other reviews suggestions and got a size up (M) and it is a tad on the big side (5'5, 140lbs) could probably get a (S) for a more snug fit. Still love it all the same
